Kenneth Cook joins Nelson Global as Director - Engineering Strategy

Kenneth (Kenny) Cook has joined Nelson Global as Director - Engineering Strategy.

Based in our Indianapolis office, Kenny will direct the Product and Process engineering initiatives for Nelson Global, developing strategy for engineering and business inputs and coordinating with key stakeholders to support the company's business growth on a global scale.

Kenny brings 40 years of automotive and engineering leadership experience to the role. He comes to Nelson Global from Faurecia, where he was most recently Director of Engineering for North America Operations. During his time at the company, he managed chief engineers responsible for products and processes for several international OEMs. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis, and he completed the Wharton Executive Education Training program through the University of Pennsylvania in 2015. In this role, Kenny is looking forward to building new relationships and applying his years of experience to advance the Nelson Global mission.

Kenny is passionate about mentorship and spends his free time connecting with young people alongside nonprofits in Indianapolis. He also enjoys golfing and cheering on the Indianapolis Colts, the Indiana Pacers, and the Purdue Boilermakers. Kenny is married to his wife LaJessia of 32 years, and together they have three children and four grandchildren.
